A SUV came sliding through a stop sign this AM and whacked the HWKWND mobile something feirce.

I made the mistake of turning my head a weird angle when the idiot hit me and so my neck and back are stiff.

HIS insurance company is going to make this right....

Saturday Night and Sunday Saturday Night Dinner and Martini's Our dinner at Bamboo Asian Fusion was very good. This place was a bog standard "Hibachi cooking table" restaurant, as well as the best of the fine dining at the Paradisus. The restaurant lived up to its name on both counts, very good food, but not superlative performance. The only complaint I had was that the food was much saltier than normal. I started the night with a Coconut Martini, which was actually quite good as a starter drink. I had another at the dinner, but the sweetness was a bit much so I switched to regular dry Vodka Martini's. This was a mistake because five or so later.. well I was hungover the next day. In the mean time we had a really fun time after dinner hanging out with lots of Liza's friends. Do I know how to have fun or WHAT? I have held off blogging since New Years Day for a few reasons. First and foremost to keep the Year in Review at the top so people will see it first. That is just below this blog so just scroll down for that. Second because I've been busy with a project. Yes boys and girls its that time of the year where we completely erase our Hard Drives and reinstall our OS. I usually do this annually, but I have put it off for 6 mo. Why do it at all? 1) It speeds up the computer dramatically. 2) It gets rid of tons of programs you don't use or may have forgotten you even have. 3) Eliminates library files and TSR's that sit around Chunking up your RAM or HD. Why I don't like doing this: It is remarkably scary. There is always the real possibility that some conflict will arise and you won't be able to put your computer back together.
